Digital Product Policy

All products (e-guides, downloads, educational resources) are delivered electronically and are non-refundable once the order is completed.
Due to the instant delivery and digital nature of our content, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations after a purchase has been processed. Once your order is confirmed and the file or access link is delivered, it is final.

Exceptions

We may, at our sole discretion, issue a refund or replacement only if:

• You were charged more than once for the same order.

• A technical issue (e.g., broken download link or failed delivery) cannot be resolved.

• You received the wrong digital product due to our error.
